(There will be some ghost grabs at the start, see output 2 for why these are required)

OK I have been baited on many cost puzzles, but this is min cost. Debonder is required since input has 2 atoms and output has no quicksilver. Bonder is required since output has more atoms than the input. Project is required since output has high tier metals and purify would take more than one arm.

With that out of the way, I have no idea how this layout is the one that worked. I tried many much more promising looking layouts that didn't work for one reason or another. Really you have 1 decision, full access bonder or full access unbonder. My original layouts had full access bonder but I was looking to try something very different and this happened to work. Initially just got this working as a 6P solution to get something on the board for min cost, but realized since the secondary was I, a 1P solution would be ideal. After some screensharing to show both states of the board, and some incredibly frustrating instruction movements, we came to this 1P solution. After which I did a few small optimizations to the amount of ~80 instructions saved.

Fractional P could be possible? Didn't look into it, not going to, have fun whoever does :). (edited)
